MEET MARYBETH

Marybeth Brooks is originally from Columbus, Ohio, and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky. She began her real estate career in 2004 as a Sales Associate. She successfully obtained her Florida Real Estate Broker license in 2009 and her North Carolina Real Estate Broker license in 2013.
 
Marybeth's achievements are based on her number one priority: her customers and their continued satisfaction. Customer referrals are the norm for Marybeth; she keeps her customer's best interests at heart and she often surpasses their expectations. Her participation with her customers does not end with the completion of the sale. She is available for ongoing consultation, market evaluation, vendor referral, and recommendation. Loyalty is evidenced by their ongoing relationship with her, long after their real estate transaction has occurred. Satisfied customers are the foundation of her success.

What is your perfect day in Naples?

  • An early morning run on the beach, breakfast with my black lab Blue, 18 holes of golf with my husband, and Dinner on Third Street S. with special friends.

What is your favorite book?

  • The Bible. It is the handbook on how to live life to the fullest.

Who inspires you most in life?

  • My husband is the kindest soul I know and the best friend a girl can ask for. My father was a Real Estate Broker when I was young. He worked very hard during extremely challenging times and he always went above and beyond for his clients. I aspire to be as kind and hardworking as my husband is and my father was.

What is your motto?
